(Available June 2006 / $21.95 CND) ISBN #0-9730736-3-2
by Diane Dupuy of Famous PEOPLE Players
The Teacher & the Soul takes
the reader on a powerful page turning adventure with a young
boy, Rainbow, and his guardian angel Autumn. Through Autumn's
eyes the reader embarks on a thought-provoking journey from
the day Rainbow is born through to his adolescence years.
Autumn, whose own life is cut short through substance abuse,
is determined to steer Rainbow on the right path, but they
face many obstacles of drugs and alcohol along the way disguised
as talking animals and mystical characters.
The spellbinding story moves at an exciting pace as the reader
experiences Rainbow and Autumn's struggles, challenges and
ultimate victory up the magical mountain of life.
In today's society where drugs and alcohol are so prevalent
and accessible to our children, The Teacher &
the Soul encourages our youth, in an entertaining
way, to resist these substances and the importance of self
esteem and believing dreams can be achieved.
The Teacher & the Soul is not
just for children, but for the child in all of us. A book
that will remain with you and your child long after the story
ends.
